Reservation policies:

Hotel has the right when receiving a reservation to pre-authorize your credit card and by this you declare to have full knowledge of our Reservation and Payment Policies, Disclaimer and Cancellation Policies. We have the right to cancel a reservation if we do not have valid credit card details.

Payment policies: The currency in which accommodation and services are paid in the hotel is EURO.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellations & Modifications
Extension of stay

In case the client wishes to extend his reservation in our hotel during his stay in the accommodation, the company cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room, or even in the same hotel.
In case the client wishes to extend his reservation prior to his arrival at the Kirki hotel, the client must contact the competent department of the accommodation as soon as possible.

Modifications

If the client wishes to change the days of his stay at the hotel, he must contact the competent department of the accommodation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 100% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.

Cancellation of reservation

In case the client wishes to cancel his reservation, he must contact the competent department of the Kirki Hydra Accommodation as soon as possible.

If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.

For a non refundable rate the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. No modification or cancellation is allowed.

The client reserves the right to cancel his reservation at any time pending the following sanctions:

Cancellation fee

If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 100% of the cost of his stay.

Reservation with credit card

A credit card pre-authorization for an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of stay is required in order to confirm your reservation.

Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD

What is Pre-authorization ?

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking. Kirki Accommodation reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

To adhere to proper card acceptance and validation norms defined by credit card associations, all hotels are required to pre-authorize – or separately, charge – all provided credit cards. A pre-authorization will place the pre-authorized amount in a holding-state and temporarily reduce one’s credit card limit, but it is NOT a transaction charge and will not be reflected in one’s credit card statement. Depending on one’s credit card bank’s set up, the pre-authorized amount will drop off typically after 21 days.

Please note the amount of cancellation will only be charged on your credit card in the case of late cancellation (received later than 21 days prior to your arrival) or in case of no show.

In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service.
